About the Position:
We are currently looking for UAE Nationals with experience in back-office/administration/customer service roles to work as a Cost Clerk with Al Futtaim Automotive. The job could be in Dubai Festival City or Sheikh Zayed road or Dubai Industrial Park and once you apply you can select the locations you wish to apply for.
This is a full time permanent role with Al Futtaim Group. It will work 6 days a week with a holiday on Friday. Working hours are from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. You will also earn attractive incentive on your good performance.
- To amend job cards and invoices in the system and providing account information variations to workshop supervisor.
- To prepare daily Labour Analysis and related reports to the Aftersales Manager.
- Clerical Functions and maintain Personnel and Administrative records and procedures.
- Amending computer job cards and invoices, to speed up workshop flow.
- Preparing all external and internal job cards and proper billing with all labour, parts, oil, sublets and consumables.
- Proper checking of invoices and related documents with computer statements to maintain accuracy.
- Arranging daily workshop performance report
